As a consumer, you are entitled to the benefit of statutory consumer guarantees in respect of items purchased from the Wine Rack Site, Upmarket Living or Bordex Pty Ltd. In accordance with Australian Consumer Law, if the item has a major failure, you may reject the item and seek a refund or exchange, or you may keep the item and seek compensation for any drop in the value of the product. You are also entitled to have the item repaired or replaced if the item fails to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
A customer is entitled to a refund if the goods:
• have a fault that the customer could not have known about at the time of the purchase
• do not do the job the customer was led to believe they would do
• do not match the sample they were shown
• are not as they were described.
All claims for refund or exchange must be made within 30 days of the receipt of the item.
Bordex Pty Ltd is the manufacturer and supplier of all Bordex Wine Racks. Bordex Pty Ltd will address any refund or exchange request and comply with this policy. When it is determined a refund is appropriate, a refund using your original payment method will be completed. If you are returning or exchanging a faulty, damaged or incorrect item Bordex will pay for the packaging and postage costs (not exceeding the original cost of postage by Bordex Pty Ltd to you). Items purchased online may be returned or posted to Bordex Pty Ltd in South Australia.
You must retain proof of purchase and provide a copy with any returned item.
You are not entitled to a refund or exchange if you simply change your mind.
The Wine Rack Site, Upmarket Living and Bordex Pty Living have made undertakings to comply with this policy at all times.
